How We’re Different

  • Our therapists have unique skill sets and experience in both pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy. They have extensive training through continuing education certifications, mentorship programs, and evidence-based material. Our pelvic floor therapists are skilled in both internal and external pelvic floor assessment and treatment - so you never miss out on a critical part of treatment when indicated. Our therapists utilize equipment like KAATSU and Neubie to assist in your treatment and symptom relief.

  • You will work with your therapist one-on-one for the entirety of each visit versus spending most of your visit with a therapy aide. Expert eyes will be on you to ensure your body gets the attention and intention it deserves. At our clinic, you are not just another number; you are an individual with specific needs who requires a specific plan to reach and exceed your goals.

  • While you may have pain in your knee or “just bladder leakage when you sneeze,” you also move and live in a body that works as a whole. Our therapists will certainly assess the area of concern, and will always assess and treat the full-body to ensure all the dots are connected for long-term success. So you can say goodbye to your standard treatment of massage, table exericses, and ice.

  • After decades of experience in physical therapy, our founders developed a 3 step approach to healing:

Recover - Find root causes and manage your symptoms.
Rebuild - Make intentional changes built on strength, not shortcuts.
Return - Re-introduce your goals with long term success.

  • We help you through the right treatment plan to reach and exceed your goals with confidence, not stop at a “good enough” feeling.

  • You deserve a home plan that is specific to your body, realistic for your lifestyle, and integrated with your goals instead of a long list of standard table exercises. Say goodbye to clams, bridges, and table marches.

  • Our experience has taught us that the standard Physical Therapy approach — 15 minutes with a therapist, 15 minutes with an aide, and 15 minutes on ice — doesn’t work for everyone. We designed an approach where our therapists work with you one-on-one and vary treatments each session based on your symptom progressions and full-body considerations. Get the treatment your body needs instead of the treatment that fits into billing codes.
